Sunny Isles Beach (SIB, officially the City of Sunny Isles Beach) is a city located on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The city is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west.
Sunny Isles Beach is an area of cultural diversity with stores lining Collins Avenue, the main thoroughfare through the city. It is renowned for having the 14th tallest skyline in the United States despite its relatively low population.
It is a growing resort area and developers like Michael Dezer have invested heavily in construction of high-rise hotels and condominiums while licensing the Donald Trump name for some of the buildings for promotional purposes.
Sunny Isles Beach has a central location, minutes from Bal Harbour to the south, and Aventura to the north and west.

The straight sight to the Aventura artificial lakes is inspiring, especially those nights, when you feel easy breeze upon your face, when you see glimmering lights on the dark water not even clear whether it’s dream or not. Centrally located on what is now Highway 93 between Wikieup and Kingman, the Windmill Ranch, owned in the early 1900's by the Fancher family, was in those days more than a one-day trip. Windmill Ranch was a way-stop for people coming from or going to the mines, farms and small towns in the area.
Today, Windmill Ranch, comprising some 50 square miles, is still a working cattle ranch and cattle can be encountered on its many roads. The Fanchers are long gone, but traces of the Fancher homestead can still be found on the ranch. Abreu homes did an excellent job with our penthouse and we can't be happier with the choice we made with the contractor.
